The LottoApp is an innovative application that helps its users make better decision in
lottery industry. Its core engine derives logics from facts, figure and heaps of historical
data that empowers it to help the users even with limited knowledge of the industry

The core engine is based on python which is responsible for executing the rules engine
and generating numbers based on different strategies. The overall application is built on

At the moment the integration between Python and .NET is performed by IronPython, which returns wrong calculations (it is all connected correctly, just returned values are different from normal Python calculations).
