I have a small Python program that needs to be modified in two ways: - It has loop that verifies if any file inside a list meets a naming requirement (a regular expression is used for this). I need that naming requirement changed a bit. - At certain intervals the program writes a status file detailing what it's doing (Starting, completed, in progress, etc). However there are a couple places from where the program exits that don't update this file. The program needs to be modified to unsure that no matter what, the status file is updated. Seems like a quick job for anyone with Python knowledge.
