Hi Sir / Madam, My name is Edwin and despite this being my first ever freelance opportunity, I base confidence that I can assist you on a solid amount of years as an Odoo developer. I've done a lot of troubleshooting and bug fixing for various version of Odoo including website functionalities. It's hard to say how long it will take for me to solve this issue as I can't really judge how long this piece of string is. But if I have access to the logs and the server I'm sure I can assist you. Report customisation is fairly easy once you know how to do it with Odoo. Usually this requires altering the report templates. I've done this in the past for various aspects of businesses. Depending on which version you have, Odoo uses RML or Qweb report engines. As for Odoo customisation, I've done that as well ranging from simple field changes to entire new modules for company specific processes. Many modules on the marketplace may provide you with the solution you would need. However, sometimes developers stop supporting older version so you're kind of stuck unless you upgrade you current Odoo instance as well. Best regards, Edwin
