The system includes soft for Raspberry Pi 3 and web server.
The hardware includes Raspberry Pi 3, GPS module, 3G/4G USB modem and IP/USB/RPI camera.
RPI soft counts incoming and out coming people under the camera, the counter have to determine people who go close to each other (without distance). It is going to work like a head counter.
Parts of project:
1) People counting (recording statistic data with time and date markers) + video recording on sdcard + possibilities to get access to the data of counting remotely (through 3G/4G modem).
2) Transferring the data to the web server, web server interface (including possibilities to work with several unites, to get counting people date on-line mode for selected devices, selected routes, statistic reports, power backup alarm and missing of video steaming alarm (sending the email or the sms and indication on web server interface)).
3) The part of web interface for video looking online and from archive, uploading of the video to the server by local wi-fi.
4) The GPS markers for point of people counting and the tools in the web server interface that allow assigning the names to the GPS points and using this points names in the reports of people counting of every units.
The accuracy of people counting should be 95-98%.
The software based on OpenCV and Python.
