This project is aimed at delivering a system that could assist the courier riders to fulfill their delivery and secure them from a harmful situation. This system will also help to improve the communication between riders, customers and admin.
1. Riders
The system will allow the riders:
To report to the system immediately when encounter problems
To contact to any person in concern when having accident
To reduce the phone usage when in delivery process
To allow the riders to register for any application that can protect their rights
2. Customers
The system will allow the customers:
To view the actual location of the riders
To view the actual situation around the riders
To receive a auto-generated phone call when the delivery arrive
3. Admin
The system will allow the admin:
To receive the information
To generate report if the motion of rider is abnormal or encounter problems
To take action when the riders encounter problems
