Python to Query Google Group for Members, Create MySQL and Postgres User Accounts

I am looking for a Python developer who can help me with querying Google Groups for the list of members and then create (or remove) user accounts in MySQL and PostgreSQL.

Key points:

- Needs to be well-written, documented, and clean code

- Python developer needed for querying Google Group and creating user accounts in MySQL and PostgreSQL DB, then assign a specific role to the newly created user

- Both MySQL and PostgreSQL user accounts required

- Will need to query Google Groups API to get list of members

- There should be a config file that takes a list of parameters:

{group=mysql-viewers@.com, env-db-server=variable-server, env-db-adminuser=variable-adminuser, env-db-adminpass=variable-adminpass, role=viewer-role, debug=true},

- The application will go through the config items 1 at a time, and use these to know what Google Group to query, and then what DB to connect and create/remove users, and assign roles

- In debug mode, the application will only log what it would do. Do not actually make changes to the DB
