We want to send existing code instructions from Raspberry to two arduino mega. The instructions must be able to be sent from Raspberry to each arduino simultaneously. The the arduinos send the signals to the controllers which move the stepper motors. Each arduino is connected to eight stepper motors and they must be able to move simultaneously.

The project is simple to me I have the experience to do such communication between to systems in the way you want. I built a net of raspberry pis and arduinos which communicate together to send and recieve commands from sumple led lightning, controlling relays, controling motors and transferring data between the devices such as pictures. I am sure I can do the project for you the way you want.
