Translating R project to Python

I have about 4,300 lines of relative straightforward R code that I would like re-implemented in Python (with Pandas). Most of the code is related to data visualisation via ggplot - the rest is file management (reading/writing) and a bit of data crunching - nothing very complicated. I would provide the code plus examples/test cases. I would hope for a time frame of 1 month to deliver the first "draft".
