urgent project - Simple camera view project. -- 2

hello , every one

i need to simple camera view with baumer and uvc camera.

Requirements of the camera view project.

1. Make the baumer camera and UVC camera available.

Use baumer camera's neoapi.

You can also use the baumer sdk directly.

UVC camera uses Ubuntu's UVC driver (v4l2).

2. It should be possible to control the parameters of the camera.

Change to parameter such as brightness, contrast, gamma,

automatic detection time,noise , bmp, jpg, png file format

3. It should be possible to display 2~4 or more at the same time as the function of enlargement and reduction.

4. Frame detection and display speed is 3~5fps.

5. Development language and operation system

develop languge: python or c
