The aim of this software is to remind customers of scheduled appointments and avoid no-shows.
The agenda is maintained from another software (we start with a DPMS - Dental Practise Management Software) and the relevant data are imported into InTime tables throught a periodic sync operation.
Then InTime reminds customers of their scheduled appointments via email, SMS and automated phone calls. The forewarnings is sent a configurable number of days in advance and also the prioritization of the channels (Email, SMS and phone calls) is highly customizable.
The contact have the option to confirm appointments answering to the communication, via DTMF recognition, contact can reply to SMSs or Emails inserting specific keywords or use an embedded URL.
Alternatively they can cancel the appointment or talk to an operator to reschedule it.
The communication sequence is logged and the result is saved and, optionally, written into the external Agenda.
InTime offers a UI to login, config its parameters, verify the communication activities.
The first InTime customers are Italians, but it is mandatory that InTime UI is configurable in several languages. A specific table will contain the localized text for the UI.
