Hello 1) we need to make an application for android and apple 2) it should be very secure 3) it should be free for particular university students and staff 4) other than particular university member they need to pay for using the application 5)it should have some Security questions 6)if the password is incorrect 3 times the id is going to be block if you want to unblock you should come and meet with student central in university Campus .(this point is olny for university student) 7)if the password is incorrect then we are asking the security questions which i mention above.
