What I need right now is the integration of a fully-functional in-app chat module and a tidy pass on the interface so the new screens fit seamlessly with the rest of the product. The primary design tweak is a layout restructuring—no radical color or typography shifts, just smarter placement of elements to improve flow and readability. Because you already know the codebase, I expect you’ll: • Build and wire up the chat feature (real-time messaging, basic notifications, and persistence). • Restructure the affected screens so the new component feels native to the app’s current design language. I’ll provide the latest repository branch and a quick walkthrough of the current navigation once the milestone is created. Let’s keep the same workflow we used last time: daily check-ins on Slack and a TestFlight build at the end of the week for review. Once everything passes the usual QA cycle, we’ll close out the milestone and push to production.
