You’ll be free to work both online and offline, so feel comfortable blending social-media marketing, property portals, cold calling, site visits, and your own local network—whatever turns interest into signed purchase agreements. Every closed deal earns you up to a 16 % commission, released immediately after the client’s payment clears, so your income scales directly with your performance. Because this role centres on land transactions, I’m especially interested in freelancers who can point to solid, hands-on real-estate sales experience rather than generic retail or product backgrounds.
