Accuracy, proper formatting, and owner confirmation are what make a listing “qualified.” To get started, aim to submit your first batch of 20 qualified listings within a week so we can fine-tune the process together. After that, work at whatever pace suits you. You’ll probably rely on tools like Google Sheets, WhatsApp, email, and a good phone manner. I’ll share a sample pitch script and the spreadsheet template as soon as you’re on board.
