We own some real-estate that is owned by two partnerships. Need an experienced QuickBooks bookkeeper with 3 years experience to build a clean set of books from the ground up. You can work in QuickBooks Online but prefer if you have Desktop . Like I said and I’m looking for someone who already has at least three years experience working on Quickbooks ideally with real-estate experience. I have the chart of accounts you just need to set them up. This should be a very familiar process for you. Books were done on desktop version before so would prefer to continue. I will supply a complete list of journal entries as required. Your first task is to create the company file, configure a real-estate-centric chart of accounts, and post those opening entries accurately. No payroll at all. What matters is rock-solid transaction entries. Once the setup is finished we will start on posting all of 2025 for various entities. You will start with an Opening entry of Dec 31 2024 and copy over my Balance sheet and Income statements. You will be paid on an hourly basis. All reports will be generated automatically if properly set up. Most of time just need quarterly reports. There’s no minimum commitment; we simply log hours as needed.
