Preferred tools are MLS access, Redfin/Zillow analytics, and any proprietary databases you trust for uncovering off-market deals. If you normally work in Excel, Google Sheets, or specialized real-estate CRM software, let me know; I’m flexible on formats as long as the information is clear. Timeline: ASAP. I’m ready to start the moment we agree on terms, and I’d like to have viable properties in hand within the first week, with closing targeted as soon as feasibly possible afterwards.
