Contract Recruiter - Account Executive (AE) Hiring Project We're hiring experienced freelance recruiters to support the recruitment of 13 Account Executives for a fast-growing, international sales team. Roles are open across Riyadh, Jeddah, Seoul, Shenzhen, Australia, the United Kingdom, Japan, and Indonesia. This is a results-driven, milestone-based project suited for recruiters who can move fast, deliver quality, and work independently. What You'll Do: - Source, screen, and submit HR-qualified Account Executive candidates - Deliver 12 qualified candidates per role within defined milestones - Focus on quality, speed, and accuracy--no mass or unvetted submissions - Work on one or multiple roles simultaneously (based on performance) Who We're Looking For: - Proven experience recruiting sales / Account Executive roles - Strong knowledge of regional talent markets in one or more of the listed locations - Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or AI-driven companies is a plus - Excellent English communication skills - Reliable access to LinkedIn, job boards, and candidate databases - Ability to meet daily submission deadlines (6:00 PM GMT+8) Compensation: - USD 600 for every 12 HR-qualified candidates delivered per role (USD 50 per HR-qualified candidate) - Opportunity to earn up to USD 1,800 by delivering 12 qualified candidates across three vacancies - Payment released only upon HR approval of each candidate - High-performing recruiters may be prioritised for ongoing roles How to Apply (Important): To be considered, please include: - Examples of Account Executive or sales roles you've successfully recruited for - The regions/countries you have sourcing experience in - Your availability to meet milestone-based deadlines If you're a recruiter who delivers results--not excuses, we want to work with you.
