This role focuses on acquiring clients for permanent hiring mandates across IT and non-IT domains. Location: Remote (India) Employment Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities: - Identify and connect with companies hiring across India - Generate leads through LinkedIn, Naukri, cold calling, and references - Engage with HRs, founders, and hiring managers - Acquire new clients for permanent hiring requirements - Build and maintain long-term client relationships - Ensure consistent pipeline of active hiring mandates - Coordinate with internal recruitment team for requirement alignment Requirements: - 2–3 years of experience in Business Development or Client Acquisition in Indian staffing/recruitment - Strong network of HRs, hiring managers, or companies is preferred - Proven ability to generate leads and convert clients - Good understanding of permanent hiring processes - Strong communication and negotiation skills - Self-driven, target-oriented, and consistent in follow-ups Personal Laptop and a good internet connectivity Education: Graduate in any discipline. MBA (Marketing/HR) preferred but not mandatory. Language: Strong verbal and written communication in English is required. Hindi proficiency is preferred. Regional language skills are an added advantage.
