For the next two weeks I need an experienced HR practitioner to take full ownership of recruitment and onboarding tasks focused on two open positions. The scope is tightly defined: • Job posting and candidate sourcing – craft compelling ads, publish them on LinkedIn and Indeed, and actively search for suitable profiles to build a strong pipeline within the first three days. • Conducting interviews – schedule, run, and document first-round video or phone interviews, then move qualified applicants to me for the final round. You’ll have access to our existing job descriptions, brand assets, and a dedicated company email. I expect clear daily status updates, well-organised candidate notes, and a concise shortlist delivered by day 15. Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Employer Dashboard, and standard applicant-tracking spreadsheets is essential.
