Because the mix changes weekly, your ability to source creatively—whether through Naukri, LinkedIn, niche communities, alumni groups, or old-fashioned referrals—will make the difference. What I value most is follow-through: prompt shortlisting, transparent candidate communication, and timely feedback loops with me so we can keep clients confident in the process. If you promise a slate of profiles by a certain date, I’m counting on it. Deliverables I expect on every requisition: • A brief sourcing strategy (channels, keywords, outreach volume) within 24 hours of receiving the JD • An initial shortlist of qualified, screened resumes within three working days • Interview coordination until the position is closed and the candidate joins Successful closures are rewarded immediately on invoice approval, and I’m keen on long-term collaboration—no one-off “CV pushing”.
