# Freelance Recruitment Specialist (Remote) StrongBodyAI is an AI-powered platform that helps health and wellness professionals expand their digital presence and connect with international opportunities. We are currently seeking Freelance Recruitment Specialists based in Turkey to support our growing network. ## About the Role As a Freelance Recruitment Specialist, you will identify and engage qualified healthcare and wellness professionals who may benefit from joining the StrongBodyAI platform. Target professionals include doctors, dietitians, nutritionists, fitness trainers, yoga instructors, therapists, skincare specialists, aesthetic practitioners, and other wellness experts. Your responsibilities include sourcing potential candidates through professional networks, social media, online communities, and job platforms, introducing the StrongBodyAI platform, providing information about the opportunity, and assisting candidates throughout the registration and onboarding process. You will also support new members with profile creation, account activation, and completing the onboarding journey. ## Work Arrangement Remote freelance position Flexible working schedule Part-time or full-time collaboration Work from anywhere in Turkey ## Compensation Compensation is provided on a performance basis. You will receive **USD 40** for each professional who successfully completes registration and becomes active on the platform. ## What We Provide Onboarding and training materials Recruitment resources Communication templates FAQ documentation Ongoing support from the operations team ## Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to source and engage candidates Comfortable using LinkedIn and other online platforms Strong organizational and follow-up skills Previous experience in recruitment, HR, talent acquisition, sales, customer success, or business development is preferred but not required. Experience or connections within the health and wellness industry will be considered an advantage.
