Industrial SME Recruiter: Pay-Per-Hire

I work with several small-to-medium manufacturing plants that need a steady stream of quality talent but do not have an in-house recruitment team. I’m looking for an experienced freelance recruiter who can independently source, screen and deliver interview-ready candidates and who is comfortable being compensated on a pay-per-interview and pay-per-joining model. Here is how I see us working together: • You handle the full sourcing cycle—posting, proactive outreach and database mining—using whichever mix of LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, social media groups or niche engineering networks you find most effective. • You pre-screen for skills, salary expectations and immediate availability, then forward concise profiles alongside your assessment notes. • Once my client confirms an interview, you coordinate schedules and keep the candidate engaged through to offer acceptance and joining. Typical openings come from shop-floor production, maintenance, quality, supply-chain and mid-office support; exact job descriptions will be provided case by case. Success is measured by the number of interviews attended and candidates who actually join—your fees are released on those two milestones.
