I need end-to-end recruitment support to fill multiple Zonal Manager positions for a leading pharmaceutical sales network operating across India. Each Zonal Manager will be responsible for managing a sizeable field force and crafting data-driven sales strategies that align with national targets, so proven success in both people leadership and strategic planning is essential. Alongside these senior roles, I maintain an active pipeline for Medical Representatives and first- and second-line managers. When you screen Medical Representative profiles, please insist on three non-negotiables: previous pharmaceutical sales experience, a bachelor’s degree in a related field, and a solid grasp of medical terminology. Your scope will cover: • Sourcing from relevant pharma talent pools, LinkedIn Recruiter, niche job boards, and your existing network • First-round screening calls to validate experience, current CTC, notice period, and cultural fit • Presenting a curated shortlist with résumé, interview notes, and your recommendation • Coordinating subsequent interview rounds until each hire accepts the offer Candidates must be available to work anywhere in India, and ready to travel within their zones.
