You must be a US Citizen to Apply This is a Monday-Friday (1-2 Hour a day opportunity). You can choose your schedule during the day as long as you give the candidate a few dfferent times to speak with you during the week. We are a solar company and would like someone to vet 4 candidates a day. Each conversation should stay under 5-10 minutes. With the remaining 5 minutes for writing the notes of the conversation into a CRM. You must be comfortable to use a pretty straight forward CRM. How it will work is you will have a list of candidates that you will schedule to interview. It's really a soft interview, asking a couple of questions as a formality. However, we have Vervoe software that has AI that already gives us an understanding that we want to hire them. I'm looking for someone that has a friendly voice that can be a welcoming chapter to their upcoming role with us. This is a great industry as we are really helping families save money every month and also doing it by going green. There will be definite room for growth if you are interested.
