Projectbeschrijving: Wij zijn op zoek naar een ervaren HR-rekruteerder gevestigd in Frankrijk of België om ons te helpen bij het vinden van verkoopvertegenwoordigers op commissiebasis voor ons bedrijf, Sentire Customs Broker. Het doel is een lokaal netwerk van verkopers op te bouwen om onze logistieke en import/export-diensten in beide landen te promoten. Vereisten: • Aantoonbare ervaring in de rekrutering van sales- of business development-professionals. • Vloeiend in Frans en Nederlands (Vlaams) — beide talen zijn vereist. • Vermogen om vacatures te plaatsen, kandidaten te screenen, interviews te voeren en geschikte profielen te presenteren. • Kennis van lokale vacatureplatforms zoals Indeed, StepStone, LinkedIn of LeForem. Verantwoordelijkheden: • Vacatures plaatsen en beheren op relevante Franse en Belgische platforms. • Potentiële verkoopkandidaten identificeren en interviewen. • Wekelijkse rapporten opstellen met geselecteerde profielen en voortgang van de rekrutering. Wij bieden: • Freelance samenwerking met betaling per gekwalificeerde aanwerving of bereikte mijlpaal. • Langetermijnkans om de rekrutering voor ons Europees team voort te zetten. Werktaal: Frans, Nederlands en Engels (voor interne communicatie).
