I’m fitting out a combined office and training centre focused on entry-level apparel and textile jobs and need an architect who can turn a blank floor plate into a functional, budget-friendly space. Scope of the office side • Workstations arranged for efficient team flow • Two modest meeting rooms that can be joined for larger gatherings • Welcoming reception area that sets the tone for visitors • A compact Director’s room with storage built in • Small recreational corner for quick breaks • Simple cafeteria/pantry that doubles as an informal hub Scope of the training side • Classrooms sized for theory sessions • Practical training rooms with clear sight lines and safe machine placement • A reception-cum-counselling area where candidates can be guided on courses What I need from you 1. Optimised layout drawings that respect local codes and maximise every square foot. 2. Two alternative material/finish palettes—one ultra-economical, one mid-range—so I can choose based on final budget. 3. Basic 3D views or colour-coded plans to help my non-technical partners visualise the flow. 4. A concise bill of quantities outlining estimated costs. I’ll share the existing floor dimensions and any site photos once we connect. Experience with small-to-medium commercial interiors, especially where cost control is crucial, will be a big plus.
