Incorporate 3D model of a building into drone footage

I am trying to create a demo to have CAD assets created in Blender added to drone footage in After Effects, so the buildings "grow out of the ground", with layered textures/complexity increasing over several seconds, like a construction time-lapse. I would pay one fee for a demo proof of concept, and a larger budget for a polished final asset. This bid is just your cost to make the rough demo. 1.
