I’m ready to shape a clean, contemporary residence and need a complete architectural concept to guide the next steps. The house will have two above-ground floors plus a basement dedicated to parking, so the design must flow vertically while staying faithful to a modern aesthetic—think simple lines, generous glazing, and an uncluttered façade. 350 sqm per floor is acceptable and penthouse 80% of 350 sqm to create big terrace. The ground will have the living area, kitchen, guest room, dining room. First floor will have 4-5 rooms. Master penthouse floor. The staircase with lift Basement will have all services 4 cars parking and laundry room and service room. Key interior zones I must see woven naturally into the plan are: • Home office • Full-sized gym • Entertainment room The house shape would be great to see as L or F shape The outdoor scheme is just as important; please show how thoughtful landscaping will frame the building and extend living space outside.
