I’m renovating my home and want clear, professional plans that show exactly where every piece of furniture and light fixture should sit. The scope is limited to four zones—living room, kitchen, dining area and the entrance hall—but I want each space to flow together seamlessly. Here’s what I’m looking for a modern look • furniture placement and traffic flow for all four areas , some joinery . Plans available • A complementary lighting layout: fixture types, mounting heights, switching logic and rough load schedule • Source lists for the proposed pieces and fittings (brands or generic references are fine as long as sizes and finishes are noted) • Drawings delivered in PDF and the native file you work in (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or similar) so I can pass them straight to the contractor • One revision round after your first submission to fine-tune details I haven’t locked in a single design style yet, so feel free to propose modern, transitional or a mix—whatever best fits the plans and makes the spaces feel cohesive. If you can also add quick 3-D views or mood imagery to help me visualise, that would be a welcome bonus. Please include examples of past residential layout or lighting work when you reply, along with your estimated turnaround time.
