I need a custom report built in HubSpot that continuously shows every opportunity in either Pending or Marketing status whose projected close date falls within the next 90 days. The report must pull from all three of our deal pipelines—Brokerage, Acquisition, and Inventory—so that leadership has a single, always-current view of what is expected to close in the near term. Key objectives • The date window should roll forward automatically, so when today moves, the 90-day horizon moves with it—no manual editing. • Results must combine the three pipelines listed above while still letting me filter or segment by pipeline inside the report if I choose. • I should be able to drop this report onto an existing HubSpot dashboard and have it refresh using HubSpot’s native update cycle. Deliverables • A saved report (or custom report builder view) in our HubSpot portal configured with the logic described. • A short hand-off note or Loom walkthrough showing how the date filter was set up, how to adjust columns if ever needed, and confirmation that the rolling logic works.
