Process of the study:-
(A). General discount only (Time duration 60 min)
Step 1: based on a visit of a farmer to a dealer shop asking to get a quote for a medium or large tractor.
(B). Detailed transactional pricing (3 contacts 20min each)
Step 1: farmer to contact dealer and ask for a quote in writing
Step 2: after having received the quote farmer to recontact dealer to negotiate further
Step 3: farmer to recontact dealer a second time to get a final discount
