We need to call customers that have stayed in our accommodation and ask them a few simple questions to assess our customer satisfaction levels. We also need to call customers who inquired but didn't book with us to find out why we lost their business. The task is ongoing and we estimate on an average week it should take around 2 hours although this will vary slightly with the business demands. We would like all calls recorded for staff training purposes.
