I work as a customer success manager in tech and would like to use some mba subject learning to write a series of articles
I'm struggling with this at the moment.
1: How my MBA journey helped to understand my customer better
2: How my MBA journey helped me to help customers to achieve customer success (this is very risky because I think I don't want to come across as bragging, and success is open for interpretation)
So the series would have 5-6 articles. This journey (MBA learning) helped me understand the customer better and help them achieve customer success from Economical, Financial, Operational, Legal, Data, People management, and leadership perspectives.
I think the first one would be the hardest. I will do an introduction and an economic perspective. I will send some links to the article as well.
I will try to get this to you soon. You would be able to review and re-write it. As I said, one to two pages would be the best.
