All communication must comply with German GDPR requirements, so please ask only for information the employer is legally allowed to share and secure the records appropriately. I will supply the candidate’s signed consent form and their résumé; you handle the outreach, follow-up, and evidence collection (e-mail confirmation, signed letter, or official HR stamp). Deliverable for each candidate: • Verification summary page with confirmed (or unconfirmed) data • Supporting proof from the employer (e-mail thread, letter, or stamped form) • Notes on any discrepancies or issues encountered If you have local language skills (German/English) and prior experience with background checks in Germany, that will make the process smoother, but the key requirement is accuracy and a quick turnaround.
