HEALTHCARE RESOURCING ANALYST (Virtual, Part-time)

HEALTHCARE RESOURCING ANALYST (Part-Time, Virtual) • Act as a coordinator to the TSG Consultants by receiving the client vacancies and sourcing matching resumes through various sources, including the internet, referrals, networking, headhunting, nursing schools, direct mail and job fairs; • Identify and prescreen excellent candidates for all areas of healthcare and medical profession such as Physicians, Therapists, Healthcare management professionals, Paramedical & Nursing Staff etc. to qualify them and match them based on their availability and skills to current open job orders and forward them to concerned TSG consultants for further process; • Develop candidate pipelines, build and maintain network of qualified Healthcare candidates/sources through various sources and channels; • Advertise vacancies on TSG website and job boards/portals; • Generate recruiting leads for TSG Consultants by making outbound telephone calls to Physicians, Healthcare & Medical Professionals; • Keep track on the Resumes sent and feedback received on them in the selection process; • Assist with collecting all credentialing applications, certification documents, etc. from shortlisted candidates; • Update and verify information in the TSG company database on a consistent basis with pertinent information such as licensure, board certifications, and contact information of qualified Healthcare and Medical Professionals; • Assume other duties as assigned.
