I need a talent acquisition specialist to find me hire top 1% talent minimum and choose between in-house freelancer or outsourcing among other things, I have the vision of building a successful import export business from 0, I wanna grow aggressively and fast focusing also in efficiency and profit margin since the start, considering of course a offshore structure, I also care about business privacy because I’m very competitive and the use of actual technology since I am extremelly oriented to it, I need a remote environment for the workforce and also delegate from the first hand to handle my other companies so the first hire should be a talented COO I will let him autonomy, freedom and trust to him and the other members, I care about deep market research and deep market intelligence and data and analysis, the specialist should have tools like Linkedin recruiter and access to other platforms. You will have also the chance of working in other high paid jobs with me including a bonus for this task. I have budget problems I talked with support and we can make a deal of paying 33% of the deal just after raising funding inside the platform and add 2 payment milestones of 33% after hiring the COO and having cashflow and the rest after we reach the desired growth.
