This project is a two month part-time research project collating information by email and Skype from investors in a failed international business, probably revealing fraudulent activity. You will be forwarding questionnaires to people involved in the investment, then collating the responses and summarising them for the writing of a report to interested parties in Q1 2014. Your work will be confidential, with no public credit ever available for your role but the investigation will be interesting and challenging. Your supervisor will supply a template questionnaire from which you will then conduct Skype and email interviews, having the freedom to ask any question you like, direct the investigation as you feel appropriate and a major contributor to the end report, currently estimated at 10,000 words. Experience in investigative journalism and/or research is essential and proof of previous work in this field must be available. Experience with identifying and exposing fraudulent business activities, including false representation, impersonation and understanding psychiatric issues will be an advantage.
This is an English speaking project. Preference will be given to natural English speakers.
