I am seeking a fluent Mandarin-speaking freelancer to assist in contacting travel agencies in Beijing that offer trips to Australia. As the owner of a premium nightlife concierge company based in Sydney, I will be visiting Beijing from March 12–17 and want to arrange in-person meetings to introduce my company and explore partnership opportunities. Project Scope & Key Tasks - Research travel agencies in Beijing specializing in Australia travel packages - Identify appropriate contacts such as Product Managers or Outbound Team members - Conduct professional cold calls in Mandarin to introduce the company - Schedule confirmed in-person meetings between March 12–17 - Follow up via phone or WeChat as necessary - Provide regular updates on outreach progress Deliverables - A list of researched travel agencies with contact details - A confirmed meeting schedule for March 12–17 (including contact name and confirmed time) - Progress reports and follow-up summaries Compensation - $25–$40 USD per confirmed appointment - A confirmed appointment means the correct decision-maker has agreed to a specific meeting time between March 12–17 and understands the purpose of the meeting - Higher pay applies for fully verified meetings with WeChat contact included Requirements - Fluent or native Mandarin speaker - Professional phone manner with experience in cold calling, sales, or appointment setting - Preferably based in China and available during China business hours - Project duration is approximately 15–25 hours.
