The scope is limited to employment history verification only—I do not require criminal record or education checks this time. You will contact past employers, confirm job titles, dates of service and, where possible, the reason for leaving, then compile everything into a concise, evidence-backed report that I can file for compliance. I have not fixed a “look-back” period, so please outline the coverage you usually apply in the UK market—three, five or ten years—and any impact that will have on fees or turnaround. Because the candidate will be handling confidential information once hired, accuracy and GDPR-compliant handling of all personal data are essential. I will supply the signed consent forms and the candidate’s CV the moment we start.
