I signed a contact to sell my house and did not include the mineral rights addendum in the contract at first. My For Sale By Owner submitted the addendum 4 days later. The Sellers wanted me to drop the price of the house $100,000 for the mineral rights. It was only about 5 acres. That would take me 60 years to break even. I was pooled in an oil well. I had to go ahead with the sale of the house, Is there any case law to help with my situation?
