Senior InterSystems Specialist

We are looking to engage a senior-level software professional with strong expertise in interoperability solutions, particularly within healthcare systems. The requirement involves designing and implementing scalable integration solutions using InterSystems technologies such as HealthShare, Ensemble, or IRIS. The consultant should be capable of developing robust frameworks that enable seamless communication and secure data exchange between disparate healthcare systems, especially EHR platforms. Hands-on experience in building and managing integrations using HL7, FHIR, DICOM, RESTful APIs, SOAP, and JSON/XML formats is essential. The role will require close collaboration with cross-functional teams to understand integration requirements, design compliant architectures, ensure best practices in data exchange, and support deployed applications. Strong problem-solving capability, architecture-level thinking, and experience in middleware or integration platforms are important for this engagement. We are specifically looking for someone with 8+ years of relevant experience in software development with a focus on interoperability and a solid academic background in Computer Science or a related field.
