-Supervise daily warehouse activates and implement hygiene standard. -Shipping, Issuing and Receiving goods from local and abroad supplier as per company requirements. -Proper storage for raw materials with valid shelf life (expiry date) and following FIFO. -Look after proper usage and maintenance of spare parts, vehicles & handling Equipment’s. -Supervise inventory team to update daily transaction in the system. -Purchase items from local market within short period as per VIP flight requirements. -Secure important items on standby for major operational requirement during peak days of the season. -Supervised shipping and receiving consignments from abroad supplier by cargo. -Working with custom clearance team and support the broker agent with legal documents to release the Shipments from custom area at airport and seaport. -Focus to minimize the stock level and ensure the minimum-maximum stock levels are followed. -Analyzing forecast items and planning for the current year and for the forthcoming year. -Working with purchasing team to deal with suppliers for price negotiation and quality of materials. -Evaluate staff potentiality and provide the training needs. -Maintain warehouse operational cost within the budget. Responsible for goods delivery and distribution. -Prepare warehouse budget as per the requirement and Maintain the operation cost within budget to Increase the profit for the company. -Responsible for handling equipment and vehicle maintenance. -Schedule regular safety evaluation and maintenance for security system. -Plan for prepare storage of dangerous goods according to handling procedure - Follow up daily Shipping operation and communication with abroad supplier. - Establish and maintain close relationship with our customers through regular scheduled meeting To enhance workflow. - Supervise the negotiation with international forwarders for freight quotation. - Prepare the legal documents to assist the broker to clear the shipment from customs area.
