This project calls for a complete mechanical and electrical design package for a multi-storey commercial building. Scope on the mechanical side covers HVAC, fire protection, and space-efficient plumbing & drainage routing; on the electrical side it includes power distribution, lighting, and telecom systems. Every element must satisfy current local codes and energy-efficiency requirements while remaining fully coordinated across disciplines. I work exclusively in Revit for modeling and rely on Navisworks for federated model review and clash detection, so you will be expected to deliver a clash-free BIM model that drops straight into my existing coordination workflow. Demonstrated experience delivering similar commercial work, especially with tight vertical service zones, is essential.
