Commercial Layout & Construction Drawings

I need a licensed architect to revisit the current plans for a commercial space and translate the new concept into permit-ready construction drawings. My primary goal is to refresh the interior design and optimise how the space flows; the shell and footprint stay the same, but walls, finishes, lighting, and built-ins may shift to suit the updated programme. You will receive the existing CAD files, PDFs, and site photographs. From those, I expect: • an updated floor plan reflecting the revised interior layout • reflected ceiling, finish, and furniture plans that illustrate the design intent • key elevations/sections and any details contractors will need • a coordinated set (DWG + PDF) suitable for local code submission If you see opportunities to reconfigure rooms or even combine areas, feel free to propose them—I am open to ideas that improve circulation or improve code compliance. Two rounds of revisions are included so we can fine-tune the drawings. Please be comfortable working in AutoCAD or Revit and familiar with commercial building codes and accessibility standards. Once appointed, I will share the existing files and project timeline so we can move straight into schematic updates and then construction documentation.
