Veo que necesitas convertir tus bocetos en un set completo de planos para una casa pequeña, con foco en la eficiencia y en un lote urbano. Entiendo que la prioridad es la claridad para la construcción y los permisos, manteniendo los costos controlados. Mi plan de trabajo sería el siguiente: Primero, tomar tus croquis y tu brief para desarrollar las plantas acotadas, asegurando que cada espacio cumpla con las medidas mínimas de código y que la circulación sea fluida. Luego, trabajaré en las elevaciones exteriores para darle carácter a la fachada sin complejidades innecesarias, y el corte transversal para que quede clara la estructura. El plano de sitio lo ajustaré a las dimensiones del lote, respetando los retiros. Todo el dibujo lo haré en AutoCAD, con capas organizadas (muros, aberturas, cotas, etc.) y a escala 1/4" = 1', para que puedas editarlo después.
