Our growing commercial construction pipeline needs a dedicated BIM professional who can sit with the core team in Delhi yet stay flexible for occasional trips to sites across India. Day-to-day work revolves around developing and maintaining accurate 3D models, running clash detection before issues reach site, and preparing quantity take-offs that our estimators can trust. You’ll collaborate closely with architects, structural and MEP consultants, so proficiency in Revit (or an equivalent BIM platform) and Navisworks for coordination is important. When a project reaches critical milestones, I’ll fly you out to the site for on-ground model validation and to brief the execution crew—typically a few days at a stretch, not every week. Deliverables expected on each project: • Fully coordinated 3D model at agreed LOD, updated to reflect design revisions • Clash detection reports with clear viewpoints and recommended resolutions • Structured quantity take-off sheets that link back to the model elements If you have a solid record of handling commercial builds and can balance office-based modeling with short field visits, let’s connect and discuss the first assignment right away.
