Finalize Scaled Planning Drawings

I have drafted most of the material for a small planning submission and now need a fresh pair of expert hands to turn my working files into clean, correctly-scaled drawings. What I will supply • My complete elevation sketches • A rough site plan • A floor plan that already reflects the general layout of house number 10 which needs slightly adjusting to suit 10a and 10b What I need from you • Elevation drawings redrawn neatly to scale 1:100 maintaining the proportions I have set, and delivered as a print-ready PDF • The proposed site plan neatened up ready to drop straight into the formal application pack • The floor plan copied over, then adjusted so a few room dimensions change and front door positions move to their new locations • Consistent line weights, clear annotations and a tidy title block so the council planner can read it at a glance I am happy with AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD or any comparable drafting software, as long as the final sheets plot correctly to scale. A DWG or similar editable file would be a bonus, but the critical deliverable is the accurate, professional-looking PDF set. Everything is straightforward: the heavy lifting is done—I simply need the precision touch into compliant documents. If you are comfortable working from marked-up references and can match the required scale exactly, this should be a quick win for both of us.
