I’m undertaking a top-to-bottom renovation and need stamped structural plans that cover the entire house, with particular focus on modifications to the foundation and roof system. The drawings must be permit-ready, show all load-bearing calculations, and clearly detail how the new foundation and roof elements tie into the existing structure while meeting current local building codes. Please work in the software you’re most comfortable with—AutoCAD, Revit, or a comparable BIM platform—so long as I receive both PDF and editable source files at the end. If you typically include a brief calculation package, soil or wind load assumptions, and any required notes for inspectors, that will streamline approvals on my side. I’ll provide site photos, measurements, and any historical documents I can locate as soon as we start.
