Hello, the key to this audit is traceability: each finding should lead your team back to the affected IFC objects and a reproducible Revit view. I can review the federated model using my Revit and building-services engineering background. I will first check IFC import/link integrity, units, coordinates, storey hierarchy and category mapping. Then I will review architectural/structural/MEP interfaces, missing or duplicated elements and inconsistent object parameters. For BOQ data, I will compare stored quantities with available geometry/schedules, document units and calculation assumptions, and quantify discrepancies. The output will be a PDF issue register grouped by discipline and severity, with object IDs, marked-up screenshots, recommended corrections and saved Revit views in an RVT file. Clash checks will use an agreed discipline-pair matrix and tolerance so coverage and exclusions are explicit, and duplicate clash reports are grouped meaningfully. My offer is ₹15,000 and five working days after receiving the IFC and audit criteria, subject to confirming model size. Please share its file size, building area/storeys, target Revit version, and the BOQ classification or required property list. These determine the checking coverage and time accurately.
