Here’s what I need from you: • Scaled floor plan (CAD or Revit) showing walls, doors, windows, and circulation for all rooms on the second level • Exterior massing concept that illustrates how new openings, balconies, or rooflines will look from the street and backyard • At least two perspective renderings so I can visualize materials, light, and overall ambience • A concise schedule of finishes and fixtures consistent with a modern aesthetic All drawings must align with typical residential code requirements and be ready for a local engineer’s review. I’ll provide the current as-built plans and photographs as soon as we start, and I’m happy to clarify measurements or municipal guidelines along the way.
